Detox

Below are two cleansing protocols for those who are detoxifying from a cleanse, including an The Energy Enhancing Light System, those who took the shots, as well as those who are a product of shedding. Going forward, these two protocols will also serve you as a safe, healthy prophylaxis.

As we learn new, useful information, we will update this page.

The Detox Bath:

Get into your bathtub with water as hot as you are able to tolerate. As tub is filling up, add the following:

  • 2 cups of baking soda
  • 2 cups of Himalayan, Kosher or Sea salt (not Epsom salts)
  • 1 cup of 20 Mule Team Borax (Walmart {eww} or Dollar General)
  • Optional: 1 cup of organic apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: 1 Cup of Bentonite Clay Powder
  • Optional: 1 cup of household peroxide
  • Optional: 1 cup of unflavored vodka (helps open pores in skin)
  • 2 cups pure 20 mineral Dead Sea salt
  • 2 cups Dead Sea magnesium flakes
  • 1-2 cups Boron
  • Optional Add ons:
  • 6-12lbs of pure Epsom salts, (no perfume or additives) this add on is the most important if possible to add in
  • 1 cups of 35% Food grade hydrogen peroxide or
  • 4 cups of 3% peroxide
  • 1-2 cups of pure vodka
  • 1-2 cups of Apple cider or white vinegar
  • 2 cups of organic baking soda
  • 6-10 drops Young Living Lavender oil
  • 1. Manually stir the water & gradually immerse yourself when water is 6” deep.
  • 2. Continue to add hot water as you are able to tolerate.
  • 3. Stay immersed for a minimum of 30 minutes, longer is more beneficial
  • 4. Have a glass of cold water at your disposal and drink as you feel the need while soaking (don’t drop your phone into the bath water, lol)
  • 5. When done, consume a healthy dose of electrolytes (Not Gatorade) including potassium & salt and drink a glass of chilled water
Reminder: Be sure to add only 100% pure ingredients, zero perfumes or fragrances or additives, no bubble bath or scented candles during or after. Give your body a break from all the chemical filled bath and body care post bath. Use plan coconut, or Jojoba oil to moisturize if you don’t have clean 100% pure lotions.
After bath Very Important:
  • Apply 8-10 sprays of magnesium oil to joints right before bedtime or right after bath and shower
  • Replace potassium, best through food sources (large raw coconut water, avocados, sweet potatoes, dark leafy greens etc. Dr Eric Berg has a few videos on youtube about what the best potassium rich foods are)
  • Supplement quality salt (having an avocado with some fresh lemon and pink salt is a wonderful post bath snack to support electrolyte balance and gut health)
  • Additional forms of magnesium to take internally are raw cacao, ceremonial grade is best but any raw form will do. Also if taking an oral mag supplement make sure it has all 7 forms of mag in it so you can assimilate it properly.
  • Shilajit resin, dissolve recommended amount under tongue right before bed 5-7 nights a week

The Tea: (1.5 gallon of cleansing detox tea)

  • White pine needles (not Yellow) – 1 ½ cups (finely chopped or ground)
  • Organic whole star anise – 1 cup grind in a coffee mill
  • Organic fennel seeds – 1 cup grind in a coffee mill
Directions:
  • 1. Bring 1 gallon of water to a boil & remove from heat.
  • 2. Add 1 ½ cups loosely packed, finely chopped or ground White Pine Needles (not Yellow)
  • 3. Add 7 to 9 finely ground star anise
  • 4. Add 1/2 cup of finely ground fennel seeds
  • 5. Stir, cover & allow to steep for a minimum of 30 minutes; overnight also works!
  • 6. If desired, add a modest amount of Organic Birch, North-American Xylitol or honey (no sugar, please!)
  • 7. Drink at least 16 ounces for maintenance or 32 ounces per day, if you got the shots.

If you reside full-time in one of the facilities, we can send you enough star anise & fennel seeds to get you started.
PINE NEEDLE TEA
  • 1. Pine needles, Spruce, Cedar and Fir (conifers), contain suramin & Shikimate (Shikimic Acid), and a slew of other meta nutrients which boost immunity, hydrate, and contribute to the detoxification of Graphene Oxide Nanoparticles at a cellular level.
  • 2. Conifer needle teas inhibit adverse reactions from graphene oxide and Covid-19 spike protein transmission and protect against components of the coagulation cascade, possibly protecting against blood clots. Pine tea also inhibits the inappropriate replication and modification of RNA and DNA.
  • 3. Conifer needle oil and needle tea rejuvenates cells and act as a natural stress reliever, pain killer, and antibiotic. It treats every kind of pain, stress, trauma, and PTSD because it works directly on the nerves.
SHIKIMATE (shikimic acid)
  • 1. Shikimate has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to halt plagues, and pandemics. Shikimate halts respiratory infections and viral replication. It can be found in high doses in pine needle tea. It’s also found in a large quantity in Star Anise, Fennel, and dandelion root, leaf and flower.
  • 2. Hydration is key to your health, to detoxification, and to using these protocols: all of them. If your body is dehydrated it cannot properly absorb the nutrition particles from what you consume and that nutrition will be flushed out and lost.
  • 3. Right now, 97% of the world’s population is dehydrated and 76% is chronically dehydrated. This is due to the majority of our drinking water is acidic based and the molecules are simply too big to be absorbed by our cells.
  • 4. Dehydration hinders cell communication. Drinking 8 glasses of purified water per day will not hydrate you unless it contains electrolytes.
  • 5. It’s extremely important to keep your body’s PH level in balance. You want to be always in an alkaline state. An Acidic body is a breeding ground for disease. Electrolytes will not only keep you hydrated, but support a healthy immune system.
  • 6. Dr. Carrie Madej suggests regular detox baths with Bentonite Clay to help your body remove GO Nanoparticles.
  • 7. Legal CBD oil will help your body cleanse GO Nanoparticles.
  • 8. Chlorine Oxide can also detox GO.
Additional Detoxifying Supplements for Graphene Oxide
  • 1. Sun Chlorella: start with 2-3 tablets daily, gradually increase to 15/day. Since this is a powerful chelator of so many toxins, you may feel a bit puny while your body is initially adjusting.
  • 2. Dr. Rima Laibow recommends taking 900mg of NAC per day. Some people are even taking 1400mg. Since NAC is an amino acid, it’s safe to consume it in a non-pharmaceutical, natural form.
  • 3. The research of La Quinta Columna led by Ricardo Delgado, successfully tested an inexpensive way to remove magnetic Graphene Oxide Nanoparticles from the human body using N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) and Zinc.
  • 4. “These two antioxidants are essential to degrade Graphene Oxide,” says Delgardo. NAC causes your body to secrete glutathione endogenously and glutathione can reduce Graphene Oxide Toxicity to zero.
  • 5. La Quinta Columna recommends taking NAC 600-750mg, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Also take 2x tablets of Zinc, 25mg each.
